Learn the history of matcha and how to make your own at home with Sasha, owner of Studio 8 and 888 Matcha. The class will cover how to test the quality of your matcha, how to use and care for your matcha tools, and how to craft the perfect matcha latte at home. The class covers instructions, matcha testing, hand crafted matcha latte (by you!), and tools provided. This class is not a traditional tea ceremony and is not led by a tea master.
